Apricosia is more than an online shop – we are an Anatolian farming family who, for generations, has grown, processed, and proudly shipped dried fruit, nuts, and traditional sweets to customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. What ends up on your plate doesn't start in a wholesaler's warehouse – it starts in our own fields and orchards in Anatolia, where sun, soil, and decades of knowledge about cultivation and drying come together.

We deliberately chose not to go the conventional route through middlemen, importers, and brand manufacturers. Instead, we control every single step ourselves: from planting to harvest, gentle drying, sorting, all the way to packaging and shipping. For you as a customer, this means shorter supply chains, more transparency about where your product truly comes from, and a level of quality we associate with our own name – not with an anonymous brand.

Our standard is easy to state and hard to deliver: natural, minimally processed products, free from unnecessary additives and artificial flavors, carrying the honest taste of what Anatolian soil has produced for generations.
